DCI4 driver for RISC OS

DCI4Driver is a DCI4 (Device Control Interface 4) driver for RISC OS, which interfaces between network hardware and protocol (TCP/IP, NetBEUI etc) modules. It is based on sources released by Castle Technology under the GNU GPL to drive their SMSC LAN91C111-based ethernet hardware.

Currently a port is underway to Cirrus Logic's CS89x0 series of ethernet controllers. Castle's driver backend uses Linux source, whilst the CS89x0 code uses FreeBSD - it is hoped that this will make it more general to aid porting other network drivers to RISC OS.
